Thank you for shopping with The Signature Tip ✨ Every set is handmade with care, and processing times may vary depending on the type of order placed.
Processing Times
- Custom nail sets are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
- Pre-made nail sets are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Processing times do not include shipping carrier delivery times.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped and dropped off with the postal carrier, The Signature Tip is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Columbus only. Customers choosing this option will need to meet at a designated meetup location, as there is no local delivery available.
Please ensure you select the local pickup option at checkout if you would like to pick up your order.
