-The customer selected incorrect sizing
Change of mind

-Shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit

-Minor variations in design, color, or placement due to the handmade nature of each set

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of designer error or if the wrong item was sent. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the problem.

Once an order has been shipped and dropped off with the postal carrier, The Signature Tip is no longer responsible for the package's condition or any shipping-related issues.

Processing Times

-Custom nail sets are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

-Pre-made nail sets are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Processing times do not include shipping carrier delivery times.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Columbus only. Customers choosing this option will need to meet at a designated meetup location, as there is no local delivery available.
