At The Signature Tip, every nail set is handmade and created with care. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing was selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit
• Minor variations in design, color, or placement due to the handmade nature of each set

Please review the sizing page carefully before placing your order. If standard sizes do not fit your nails, we recommend ordering custom sizing for the best fit.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of designer error or if the wrong item was sent. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the problem.

Once an order has been shipped and dropped off with the postal carrier, The Signature Tip is no longer responsible for the condition of the package or any shipping-related issues.
